About the event

Enjoy a multi course, locally inspired fine dining menu with wines from Magnetic Hill Winery while relaxing to the sounds of smooth jazz.  Guest Chef Jenni Lessard and Nova Hotels Executive Chef Ross Garrett  have designed a multicourse menu to inspire and delight!   Gluten free and vegetarian alternative is available with advance notice.

Garden Tartare:

Mushroom and Beet Root Tartare with Flax Egg, Dill and Horseradish Served alongside Bush Order Provisions Sourdough Toast and Saskatchewan Mustard

Magnetic Hill Wine: Levitation Rose- traditional method Brut sparkling rhubarb wine.

From tae Ashes:

Arctic Char Lasagne with Nettle Noodles, Ricotta and Lemon and Tomato Rose Hip Sauce

Magnetic Hill Wine: The Osceola by the Sea- crisp, off-dry white wine with notes of apples and citrus.

Home Chef Advantage:

Bison Short Rib with Wild Rice Pilaf and Swiss Chard

Magnetic Hill Wine: Terroir Generator Appassimento style Marquette - rich, bold full bodied red wine from dried grapes. Just won best Appassimento in Canada
