Global Bites is a communal al fresco dinner under the tent on 50th Street, bringing together some of Yellowknife's most exciting ethnic restaurants for a celebration of the city's extraordinary culinary diversity. As the street festival winds down around you, guests gather at long communal tables for a shared evening of small plates, conversation, and discovery.

Each restaurant presents dishes representing their cuisine, you'll move through flavours from across the globe over the course of the evening. There are no fixed courses, no formal structure. Just great food, live music, and the pleasure of eating alongside strangers who quickly become friends.

Communal tables mean you'll be dining alongside new faces. Come with your own group or come solo — the format does the connecting for you. The evening is festive, unhurried, and designed to be shared.
